In regards to cookies: To my knowledge, no personal, specific information is collected of visitors to my site. I collect aggregate information as to what pages visitors access or visit. The information I collect is used for internal review and is then discarded. It is used to improve the content of my web site and not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.

However, if you post your e-mail address on my site (forum, directory, etc.), I do not have any control over address harvesters that invade web sites for the purpose of harvesting addresses for use by other parties.
If you e-mail me a question on travel and I don't know the answer, or need to verify my answer, I may Cc my reply to a third party. If you do not want me to share information with a third party, please note this in your e-mail.
After I have made my final response, any e-mail received by me that is obviously from a minor, will be deleted. It is not my intent to retain the e-mail address of anyone under the age of 18.
E-mails addresses of adults and e-mail contents may be retained and may in the distant future be used for an informational e-mailing. These include the e-mail addresses I have collected from hotel reservations (TravelNow, Madrid and Beyond, other commercial providers), tour request, this site's forums/directories, and of people that have e-mailed me directly. If I do an informational mailing as described above, it will contain an opt-in notice (In order to get future e-mail from me I will require a permission e-mail from you).
